What the form collects

Three things, and you can see all three before you send them:

• Your email address. So we can reply. This is the only part that's required.
• What you said you run — shop, clinic, café and so on. Optional; the form works if you leave it alone.
• Which page you submitted from. Recorded automatically, so we know which page is worth writing.

That's the whole record. No name, no phone number, no business name, no cookies set by us. If you write to us by email instead, we have whatever is in your email, which is the ordinary way email works.

What we do with it

We reply to you, and we keep a note of whether we've replied so you don't get contacted twice or forgotten. We count signups per page to decide what to build next. That's all — we don't sell it, we don't share it with anyone for their own purposes, we don't advertise to you elsewhere with it, and there's no automated profiling.

Who else can see it

Only the people running BillSure, and the services the site runs on: Vercel hosts the website, Railway runs the API, and Neon stores the database. They process the data to provide that hosting and for no purpose of their own. Nobody else has access.

Analytics

The site loads Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites. That's why you haven't been shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party trackers of any kind.

How long it's kept

Until you ask us to remove it, or until it's clearly of no use — an enquiry we never managed to answer and that's gone cold. If you become a customer, your record moves into the ordinary business relationship and is covered by the agreement we sign rather than by this page.

Getting it deleted, or seeing it

Email us and ask. We'll delete the row and confirm, or send you what we hold, which for almost everyone is one email address, one page name and a date. You don't need to give a reason and it doesn't need a form.

Children

This site is for people running a business. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

If this page changes

The date above changes with it. We won't quietly start collecting something this page doesn't mention.
